§1 The organiser of all promotions is uhlsport GmbH:

§2 Facebook/Instagram is not associated with any promotions and is not available as a contact for any promotions.

§3 Participation in the competition is only possible online (internet competition) by commenting on the corresponding contribution on the uhlsport profiles on Facebook & Instagram in accordance with the announcement. All natural persons who have their own Facebook/Instagram account are eligible to participate.

§4 The promotion is valid from the time of publication until Saturday, 12.12.2020 at 8:00 pm (CET).

§5 The winners will be selected randomly out of all participants who follow the channels of uhlsport (uhlsport and uhlsport goalkeeper) on Facebook & Instagram and who have commented on the corresponding contribution, and will be announced on Tuesday, 15.12.2020 at 4:00 pm (CET) on the corresponding channels.

§7 By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees that, in the event of winning after the Promotion has ended, he/she will contact the Promoter and claim the prize.

§8 After the winner has been announced, the winning code will be sent to the winner via Instagram/Facebook message.

§9 All personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) collected in the course of the promotion will be treated in strict confidence, used exclusively for the transmission of the prize and then deleted.

§10 A cash payment of the winnings is not and not partially possible.

§11 Each participant can only enter the competition once.

§12 Legal recourse is excluded. In addition, uhlsport GmbH reserves the right to terminate any lottery/raffle if there is good cause for this.
